This picture shows triple row, 2 column eye precut pieces made from 100% nylon tricot. On the left is a piece where the edges are sonically sealed. Edges can also be sealed about 1/16" in from the actual edge. If sealed inboard like this then the actual edge is a bit softer since sealing (and
cutting) by sonics essentially melts (and crystallizes) the nylon.
