This picture shows a 2-1/4" Triple Row (three columns) hook & eye closure that has a 3/4" spacing. (Measure from center of one hook or eye to the center of the next hook or eye.) This lingerie accessory product is used for bra backs (bra closures) on larger bras. If you add another column or two (3", or 3-3/4" total width) this is especially true. These hook and eye products can also be made with 4 or even 5 rows. The fabric is usually 100% nylon tricot but can also be microfiber.
